No Kings Day

Join us in the heart of People’s Park to stand up for our Democracy and First Amendment right. This action is nonviolent, family friendly, and rooted in direct action in our community.

What to expect? Starting at 11am:

🎶 Live music from Tacomarama Community Band followed by Hidden Driver (Tacoma indie rock)

🤝 Mutual aid, community tables, kids area, and civic education

🗣️ At noon: Engaging speakers including voices from: La Resistencia | Tanggol Migrante | Tacoma Urban League | Vets for PEACE | Tacoma for All | Labor leaders | Elected officials including Jamika Scott (City Council) and Yasmin Trudeau (Washington State Senate) | and many more leaders from our community!

🐙Litter pick-up at 2:15 lead by Oscar's Enemies!

🚌 We strongly encourage you to take public transit. There are convenient routes from Tacoma Community College Transit Center, Tacoma Dome Station, and Tacoma Mall Transit Center.

Bring your signs, your voice, your vision. This is a day to speak out, stand together, and celebrate people power in the park.
